You are uploading your own sales figures. Here is exactly what happens to them.
An operator's sales mix is competitive information. This page states, in plain terms, what we collect, where it goes, how long it stays, and how to make it leave. If anything here is unclear, write to reports@optimaluniverse.com — a person answers within two working days.
What we collect and why

The four rules, expanded
1 · Used only to produce your report
Your export is read by the analysis and by the person who writes your report. It is not used to train anything, not used for advertising, and not shown to any other restaurant.
2 · Never sold
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your data or your contact details with third parties. There is no advertising on this site and no third-party trackers.
3 · Benchmarks only with explicit opt-in
We will never fold your numbers into an anonymised benchmark or industry comparison unless you have explicitly opted in to that specific use, separately, in writing. The consent box on the report form covers producing your report and nothing else.
4 · Deletable on request, removed after 90 days
Uploaded exports are stored outside the public web directory and deleted 90 days after upload. To have your export or contact details deleted sooner, email reports@optimaluniverse.com from the address you used; we confirm deletion within two working days.
Email we send, and email we never send
Transactional mail
Report delivery, account and billing messages are transactional: they must arrive, they carry no promotional content, and unsubscribing from marketing never stops them. They are sent from our own domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured.
Quarterly margin notes
The newsletter is double opt-in: you are not subscribed until you click the confirmation link, which works once within 48 hours. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing affects the newsletter only.
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only storage the forms use is server-side, for the purposes listed above.
